Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to your booking with Tour4YOU. These terms constitute the entire agreement between Tour4YOU (referred to as "Company") and the client.
 

1. Contract and Booking

• By booking with Tour4YOU, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all those named in the booking, including minors and persons with disabilities.

• A booking is confirmed once Tour4YOU issues a confirmation invoice or email, forming a binding contract.

• Tour4YOU reserves the right to change prices before confirmation and to decline bookings at its discretion.

 2. Medical Conditions and Special Requirements

• Clients are advised to consult their personal medical practitioner to assess their suitability for the trips, given their adventurous nature.

• Accurately disclose all medical history if required. Tour4YOU may request additional information or deny bookings on medical grounds.

• Notify Tour4YOU in writing of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or special needs at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in travel refusal or full cancellation fees. 

3.  Travelling with Children

• Tour4YOU’s trips are typically adventurous and not recommended for children under 10 years of age.

• If the adult accompanying a child is not the child's parent, a Parental Consent Guardianship Form must be signed by the parent or legal guardian and submitted 15 days before reservation confirmation.

4.  Identification Proof

• Carry a valid government-approved photo ID (e.g., PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License for Indian nationals; Passport and Visa for foreign nationals) and present it at check-in. Tour4YOU may request documentation via email for smooth check-ins.

5.  Cancellation of a tour

• Tour4YOU reserves the right to cancel trips for reasons beyond its control, such as force majeure. The company is not responsible for incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred due to cancellation.

6.  Unused Services

• No discounts or refunds will be provided for missed or unused services, including voluntary or involuntary termination of tour participation.

7.  Prices, Surcharges, and Taxes

• Prices are subject to change. Confirm up-to-date pricing at the time of booking. Price increases post-confirmation may occur due to changes in transportation costs, taxes, fees, or currency fluctuations. Tour4YOU reserves the right to adjust prices before full payment is received.

8.  Flexibility

• Clients are expected to reasonably accommodate itinerary changes due to local conditions or events such as illness, mechanical breakdowns, or extreme weather.

9.  Changes

• Tour4YOU will strive to operate tours as advertised but may make reasonable changes to itineraries as necessary. Major changes will be communicated as soon as possible, and clients may withdraw without penalty or accept the changes.

10. Acceptance of Risk

• Clients acknowledge that the tours are adventurous and involve personal risk. Clients assume all risks and release Tour4YOU from any claims arising from damages, injuries, or deaths related to these risks.

11. Independent Contractors

• Tour4YOU is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent contractors providing services during the tour, including medical personnel, photographers, fitness instructors, or taxi operators.

12.  Authority on Tour

• Clients must comply with the tour leader’s decisions and local laws. Tour4YOU reserves the right to terminate travel arrangements for non-compliance or disruptive behavior without refund.

13.  Force Majeure

• Tour4YOU is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters, war, or political disturbances.

14.  Client Responsibility

• Clients acknowledge the inherent risks of visiting certain places and are responsible for familiarizing themselves with local customs, weather conditions, physical challenges, and laws.

15. Liability 

• Tour4YOU's liability for non-personal injury claims is limited to the tour price and excludes liability for client faults, third-party acts, or unforeseen circumstances.

16.  Severability

• If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be amended only to the extent necessary to allow the remaining terms to remain in effect.

17.  Successors and Assigns 

• These terms benefit and bind Tour4YOU and the clients along with their respective successors and assigns.

18.  Environmental Policy

• Tour4YOU is committed to improving environmental practices and expects clients to adhere to these standards. Non-compliance may lead to termination of services.

19. Privacy Policy

• Tour4YOU protects personal information according to its privacy policy, which can be viewed on its website.

20. Refusal of Service

• Tour4YOU reserves the right to refuse service for reasons outside of discrimination or protected class statuses.

21. Updating of Terms & Conditions

• Tour4YOU reserves the right to update these terms. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest terms on the Tour4YOU website.
